As soon as you call an on-site visit or photos by SMS to draw up the estimateis scheduled with you. Usually the same day or the next day. Don't hesitate to send us photos of your unwanted items. This will save time.
Because you're in a hurry and don't want to waste time with this junk removal, we're trying to confirm that the price on the day. We formalise the quote on the same day or the following day.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly during the clearance, you will have already selected and sorted all the items beforehand so that no mistakes are made. We can provide you with the boxes needed for the operation in the days leading up to it.
During our visit, we will estimate as accurately as possible the volume of bulky items to be removed, as well as the difficulties of the operation. Are you on the ground floor or top floor without a lift? Can we park easily in the vicinity of the work?
YesThis only applies to valuable furniture. We propose to buy them back. It's worth noting that the "Rustic" style of furniture is often no longer of great value.
We accept any method of payment, even by Carte Bleue at the end of the transaction. We kindly ask you to pay as soon as the operation is over, on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.
